IBM'S low-end server unit was buy by Lenovo at $ 2.3 billion.....


          For the lenovo,the deat would increase it market shave in the market to 14 percent from 2 percent .U.S. national security interests with a body charge.

          Acccording ta a CFIUS report issued in  December chinese companies faced the most scruting over their U.S. acquisitions in 2012
          According to researct firm canalys IBM dominates the higher-end server market with a 57 percent market-share
          IBM will concontinve to develope  software, and will retain it's higher - margin server system and applications for the x86 platform

         According to IBM biggest tech deal lenovo has agreed to pay $ 2.07 billion in cash and the rest with stock of the HONG KONG - listed PC maker.
          According to Thomson Rerters data,and underscores the growing clout of china's technology firms as they look to expand oversease. With a media report at the time suggesting IBM wanted as much as $ 6 billion for the unit  
                      
                  As we know that Lenovo and IBM feel apart last year due to difference over pricing.

Lenovo said that it was advised by Credit suisse and Goldman sachs Group. AND lenovo said in a statement on 2014 january is that "The acquistion presents a unique opportinity for the company to gain immediate scale and credibility in this market"
